For almost 9 minutes former Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin had his knee on the neck of George Floyd until he lost consciousness He even refused to check his pulse or even let 1st responders check Floyd's pulse despite him being unresponsive. Even with video proof they are only charging Chauvin with 3rd degree Murder and Manslaughter.
