Minnesota Northwest Technical college graduate falsely convicted of a crime he has nothing to do with. The student and family are seeking help with signing this petition. The children of the student would like the community to know dad is not a monster. The children also wants the community to know dad is a positive figure to them as well as others in our community. The student states that he is shocked with how he is being treated, considering the fact that he has been a guardian angel to his community. The student has Valid PROOF that he has saved multiple lives as well as helping keep the community a safe place for 6+ years. The student would also like the world to know he is not a threat to the community in ANYWAY possible.  
In fact Mr.Colbert has a conceal to carry, issued by a Minnesota sheriffs office 3 years ago. Mr.Colbert also was granted sole and physical custody of his 2 small children not long ago, which was also granted by a Ramsey County Family Court Judge. Mr.Colbert does NOT have an intensive record and NO PRIOR FELONIES. He feels that he is being racially profiled due to the color of his skin as well as guilty by association. Mr. Colbert also feels he is being racially profiled by detectives. We as the people are asking for him to be released immediately and the conviction-overturned. The family and his children are asking the community to support this petition to help get Mr.Colbert free.
