Russia has started a full-scale war against Ukraine 10 days ago, they shell nuclear power plants, bomb cities and kill peaceful civilians.  

Now the whole world has united, stands with Ukraine and strikes back with sanctions. The list of companies pulling out of Russia is growing. 

Dear Tim Sneath and the whole Flutter/Dart Team, we appreciate the termination of the contract with Russian company that provided testing services for Dart and we understand that being Russian doesn't necessarily mean endorsing the government.

Nevertheless, the taxes paid by Russian developers directly support war crimes. 

Please, temporarily disable pub.dev in Russia and help ending this terrible war.
