Tim Horton's restarted on March 07 the roll up the rim contest. 

This time only the people with a cell phone and only the peoples that download the App or signing and print a QR code are able to participate.

This is an injustice for the homeless, peoples without sufficient knowledge of Microsoft of apple Computer with an access to a printer to have the ability to print a QR Code. 

For many of us it is easy, but not all of us. This is unfair for elderly people that does understand basic computer. It is unfair for peoples that doesn't have a cell phone. It is unfair for those that choose for personal reason to not download the APP.
