As a content creator on TikTok, I am frustrated at the way TikTok manages content reviews for violations of the TikTok community guidelines. I fail to understand how an account can receive a notice for violating community guidelines but then the user is allowed to submit an appeal and then the content is restored. Well if the content was restored, why was the violation notice applied on the account in the first place?

Furthermore, when a violation notice is received, it is followed up with a posting ban and you could ending up serving a wrongful posting ban. But what frustrates me the most is that the after submitting an appeal and the content is restored, the original violation notice stays on your account, and it counts towards MULTIPLE violation notices. So you could have say 10 instances where you received violation notices and on all those 10 instances you submitted an appeal and then content is restored, but you will still have MULTIPLE violations on your account leading to a permanently deleted account, suspension from the creator fund etc.

This content review system needs to change and a REAL user support system installed (not just automated responses).
