There have been multiple accounts where TikTok’s AI system has falsely given people violations for stuff they didn’t even do, myself included. Most of the time it’s because false reports go through, and their AI system can’t filter out the difference between false reports and real reports. It’s all because they rely too much on technology and will not have a person go in there and review each report, and each appeal resulting in allowing their computer to decide for them, which also results in false accusation, false discrimination, and false violations. And don’t get me started on trying to email them when their AI system messes up. There are multiple times that I’ve tried to email them and say that I’ve been falsely reported and you have taken away a certain feature from me, and all I get is there automatic AI email response, no matter how many times I ask for a real person. There have been multiple times that I have reported an account for cyber bullying people I love and care about and yet their AI system says that person didn’t violate the guidelines even though there’s hard proof. And yet when someone reports me or any one of my friends or other people, mainly cosplayers, we get violations even though we aren’t doing anything wrong except having fun and making content like everyone else. I know most people don’t like TikTok cosplayers but we are really suffering here with their AI system. So let’s sign this petition and stand together and show Tik Tok that we want changes and that we want them now!
