Cricket Wireless / AT&T are ripping people off! Their automated system is setup for confusion and failure. This allows them to charge extra fees at leisure and claim it's your fault you didn't understand how their backend works.

They have done this to me personally. It's $19 of ill gotten gains for them. It doesn't seem like much but, if They are essentially stealing even $1 from part of their customer base it equates to millions of dollars in revenue.

We need to stand up to this corporate theft and say NO!

Boycott, protest, and outright elimination of their service if it comes to such an end. 

We cannot let this and other companies like them continue to bleed us and tell us too bad.
