TicketSmarter is a 3rd party vendor. Many events are being cancelled or postponed due to Covid. As consumers we should have the option to receive a FULL REFUND for postponed events as well as cancelled events. We are in the middle of a pandemic. Many people who purchased tickets months ago, would prefer to receive a full refund, as our future is uncertain and we do not know when it will ever be possible to schedule large events such as concerts. As fans, we are loyal to our artists and we will be happy to purchase tickets once it is safe to resume with large scale events. There are many people with health issues that would place them at high risk of contracting Covid at these type of events and those who would prefer to avoid them to prevent possible exposure to the virus. As we know, there are many who have lost their jobs or are at risk for losing their jobs and would benefit from a refund for their purchases.
We demand an update of their policy to include the option of a FULL REFUND for all events. Customer service is not very helpful in resolving any issues. Their current policy states that: "If the event is cancelled then you may receive a refund or credit voucher for an upcoming event.
