Army’s all over the world have been waiting for almost two years to see BTS, recently BTS has released a new concert “Permission to Dance: In La” with Ticketmaster promising Army through email early access tickets due to the cancellation of MOTS : Of The Soul Tour. When Army were able to gain access to the tickets 

1. Not all MOTS holders received a code

2. Some codes did not work

3. Day 2 presale excluded VIP Packages

4. Waiting room times kept changing, with some army being kicked out of the queue

5. VIP/ Floor seats available for SoFi license holders

6. Customer Support emails giving contradictory information everyday

 We want Ticketmaster to fix their system. They’re profiting from scalpers causing real fans to have to pay 10x the price to just get seats. After Army took concerns to Twitter Ticketmaster sent out a insensitive tweet explaining how all the shows are sold and tickets are unavailable. Army just want to be able to see our idols after waiting years holding onto our old tickets just for it to be cancelled. We would also like to receive a announcement from Ticketmaster explaining why scalpers were able to purchase hundreds of tickets but the general public was not even able to get out of the waiting room.
