Hold Ticketmaster/Live Nation accountable for changing their refund policy!

In the midst of a global pandemic, the Covid-19 outbreak, Ticketmaster adjusted their refund policy to ONLY offer refunds if your event was cancelled. At the time of every purchase made, this was NOT their policy. By adjusting the policy after tickets were purchased, Ticketmaster/Live Nation and their CEO Irving Azoff are in breach of contract.
When a consumer purchases a ticket, it’s for a specific date and time that they can attend. If the event gets rescheduled, they should be able to get refunds. That has always been this company’s policy, until now. While all of us are suffering financially, this multi-billion dollar corporate decided to screw over their customers by breaching the contract that was agreed upon at the time of purchase. Not only is this unethical, but it should be illegal.
I’m starting a petition to try to force Ticketmaster and Live Nation to do what is right. Honor your policy that was in place at the time of purchase. Period. This company has lost lawsuits over shady business practices before and still, they continue to worry about their bonuses and large salaries while screwing their customers. Enough is enough!
I’m asking everyone to sign and share this petition so that, hopefully, the company adjusts this policy and do right by their customers.
