Dear Community, I do Grocery deliveries in your Area and since recently we have been subjected to a high Volume of parking tickets when we deliver to buildings in your neighborhood. Fine we don’t want to go against the City By-Laws and create problems. So what Iam asking is that we require a space for us to park and complete our deliveries quickly and efficiently. That parking area can be monitored for careless parking as well if you would like. Maybe have a time limit there for 20 minutes, because sometimes the elevators could be busy due to service. 
I would like you All to Please contact your building management and ask them to accommodate this for Us as they are the ones that have the power to make the change for Us and for You. We are doing this For You!! Yes we do get paid for deliveries but it’s not enough to cover parking Fines Everyday!!! Please Help Us and we can continue to provide the Essential Services that You Require!!
