On multiple occasions a mentally unstable man has broken his own windows and put the public’s health and safety at risk in our community. 
Thurrock council and the management company responsible for Stanford house need to push the landlord for eviction action to be speedily enforced before someone gets seriously hurt or worse. The
police have their hands tied by huge amounts of legal red tape and legislation surrounding mental health patients and we, as a community have an obligation to look out for and protect our local people.
