Norma Payacag started this petition to Through the House of Representatives, Philippine Congress

I am filing this petition in behalf of the Human Rights Victims who were abused during Marcos Regime on 1972-1986. This petition aims to call for a new mandate under R.A. 10368 to be approve from the House of Representatives, Philippines Congress. The R.A. 10368 was a bill in Philippines Congress which were approved sometimes on 2014. The bill is about an indemnification to all Human Rights abuses victims of Marcos Regime. There were about 70,000+ victims who filed and applied for indemnification but only 11,303 were approved by the Human Rights Victims Claimsboard here in Philippines and got their compensation. In this regards, Human Rights victims who were denied are asking for a consideration to let their application be review and prayed that there will be a new mandate to accomodate them and be compensated too.

By so doing, in behalf of the Human Rights victims who were denied of their claims I am filing this petition hoping and pray that this could help to let the petitioner be heard of their plea that they will receive monetary compensation should this petition materialize. Victims of human rights who were denied should be given consideration because the ordeal they had suffered is much worst if not the same of those who already had and received compensation.
