I am signing because I treasure a quiet neighborhood absent commerce. We have sufficient commerce in the area as to not disrupt the quiet nature of the residential area.

I don't want to live this close to a gas station. Not interested in the increased traffic, pollution, noise etc.

A gas station in this area is totally unnecessary.

A slumlord who has another gas station on 56th &Lafayette where he sells glass pipes and rolling papers. Quality guy who has liens from not paying for the house demo or the city when they cut the overgrown grass. Our society permits low income houses built in nice neighborhoods.....well here it comes. Welcome robberies and shootings immediately across from an elementary school and when bad things happen to those young children or neighbors? U can thank the Indiana court system who failed us. after judge Hanley tried to shut him down, the Indiana Court of appeals reversed the ruling and gave him the go ahead. When he fails to bring in enough business then he’ll claim bankruptcy and the gas station with hair weave plaza will sit there in ruins as our property value continues to plummet. He says we fought him bc we are racist. No we fight bc we pay a lot to live in a nice area that is bring ruined against our will. 80% of this zip code wants him gone. But he’s deaf. And apparently so is the Indiana court of appeals. How does a person obtain gas station permits when they were only leasing at the time and didn’t even own the land? How many different names were signed on these legal documents? Too many loopholes w/ Too many question. He paid someone off. It’s not rocket science to figure that out.

Indianapolis has enough gas stations and this planned gas station is much to close to the Fishback Creek that feeds our drinking water supply and much to close to an elementary school especially if there is some kind of gas explosion or gas leak.

I want to help protect nature and save the environment. Why do we need a gas station there when there is a gas station every couple miles!

My daughter attends Fishback Creek Elementary School. We do not need the added traffic and potential crime that a gas station would bring to the neighborhood.

There should not be a gas station on that corner. It is on a hill and the run off water will go directly into A water way.
