Why we find this necessary:

• For everyone to have a say in everything they want to discuss, but cannot at the moment
• Better/more fair experiences at Boba
• You will always be noticed and appreciated 
• Everyone that was unfairly terminated, demoted, punished, banned, etc will have a chance to receive their prior position or get unbanned
• Listen to your thoughts and ideas, we will discuss them politely and not cause any drama
• A less strict on the rules, maybe remove/change them up a bit 
• Severe action will only be taken if your behaviour has crossed the line
• MR rules will change to make them more lenient and easier to handle
• As a terminated/former MR, I believe that I couldn’t do anything without being told otherwise, or being punished for it
• This petition was written by a banned user from th Discord server, but I want people to see and share this so it can spread
