Many mass shootings are committed by individuals under the age of 21. Many mass shootings are committed by people whom have purchased their fire arms within a week of the crime. It is time for a universal thirty day wait period on all firearm purchases. It is time to raise the minimum age of firearm ownership to 21 years of age. A person cannot buy cigarettes or alcohol before the age of 21. Tell Congress to make laws that make sense, instead of sucking at the teat of their gun lobby donors.
