The vast majority of crimes of violence are committed by 'sane' people. This is simply and wrongfully stigmatising the ill.

The Sun knows what it does and how it does it. What if everyone who's family is effected by mental health was to simply stop buying the rag. Just as the families of the Hillsborough tregedy did in Liverpool !

Referring to people as "mental patients" is stupid and feeds a view of people with a mental illness as being outside normality and potentially dangerous. It is the Sun's attitude that is dangerous and that should be consigned to history.

Myself and my family have been exposed to ignorance around mental illness which can result from many things including poor diet and environmental pollution! Knowledge and accurate information is the key to understanding we are all affected in some way.
