This petition is intended for action to be taken regarding the unfair treatment of paying parents. The continuous irregularity in payment schedules and the need to question why information is not clearly communicated must be addressed. 

I am not alone in the way I have been treated and it is time to make a stand against the obscene amount of money that is asked so regularly of parents to pay and the fluctuation in payment schedules. I have paid my CMS payments without fail every month for several years and since February 2021 I have been subject to continuous lack of communication and payment changes, the current being a third of my take home salary taken at source. Mental health is now a concern.

Problems started when I was allegedly sent a letter increasing my payments...did not receive. Since this point I have had no explanation as to what the calculations are and why they have been justified and what happened to being allowed a pay rise? Solicitors and MPs are now involved in fighting my case. Everyone, please, please sign this petition so we can take this, what seems to be, an ungoverned organisation head on. I am sick, and I am tired of not bering listened to. 

Last straw parent
