Universal credit phone number to be made free!

Why you have to pay 40p per minute from mobiles to the universal credit number is just absolutely ridiculous. People claim benefits because they need help financially why would you make the helpline costly? It makes no sense and is just another way to exploit the working class. People often get sanctioned (Benefits cut) for not keeping in contact with the job centre. It's much harder to do this when it costs money to call which is just counterproductive
The number needs to be free.
