The UK to leave the EU fully in 2019 and withdraw the 2-year transitional period proposal
0 have signed. Let’s get to 35,000!
Under the government's current pans revealed during Prime Minister Theresa Mays speech in Florence on the 22nd September 2017, the UK will propose a transitional period aiding the process of leaving the European Union.
This will last no longer than two years starting from March 2019 and ending in March 2021.
This 'transitional period' is the definition of the UK leaving the EU 'in name only'.
Uncontrolled immigration will still take place, along with the current status quo.
Nearly 5 years after the EU referendum, the UK will still be under EU rule if this transitional period is implemented.
This is not what 17.4 million Brexit voters asked for.
We demand that the government withdraws its proposals for a transitional period.
We also call for the 27 remaining members of the European Union to reject the UK governments offer.
