Stop the Conservative deal with the DUP and save the NI peace treaty!

We the undersigned ask that the Conservative Party stops any alliance or coalition with the DUP or any other party active in the Northern Ireland assembly immediately.
The good Friday agreement and the peace talks in Northern Ireland was built on a foundation of trust and conditions made with both the British Government and the government of the Republic of Ireland. At the core of the agreements it is clearly stated that both governments will remain neutral and not lend favour to any of the political parties in the NI assembly. We state that the forming of any sort of alliance by any party at Westminster with a political party in the NI assembly, makes it impossible for the UK government to be neutral and impartial, thus making it unfair to all parties taking part in the peace talks.
We state that it would be seen by other parties in the NI assembly, as giving the DUP an unfair advantage in the ongoing peace talks and the reforming of a fairly elected assembly for Northern Ireland.
The ongoing peace process in Northern Ireland is important to not just the residents of NI and the UK, but to the rest of the World. We cannot risk the peace process from failing or making impossible for all parties to feel on a level playing field and by allowing any party an alliance with the governing party, would do this.
