Stop councils from fining or warning terminally ill patients with court.

My father in law who is terminally ill received a warning letter from his council claiming if he didn't pay £272 for a small bit of work on his flat he would be taken to court.

He is in a palliative care home as he was diagnosed with liver and throat cancer. I call for the government to make a change to councils as they are overlooked by them to prevent them from doing this and work with the NHS to help future patients from threats from the council.

It's not right, a person who is about to die should NOT have to worry about the council threatening them or a relative with legal action when they're unable to pay.
