Re-establish Legal aid for family law

In April 2013 Legal aid was abolished for families fighting custody, and access rights for their children. Either due to a break down in a relationship, or due to the Childrens Services. This has caused devastation for both Parents, Grandparents, and Children. Parents are now either going into massive debt, or simply cannot afford Legal representation so lose access to their Child/Children. The Conservative Government have publicly declared help for troubled families. I feel that Legal Aid, should be re-introduced under the troubled families programme. My Son now has no access to his two children aged, 3 years and 2 years, due to him being unable to afford legal costs. Many parents and grandparents as well as children, in my own community and through out the UK, have all been affected. Mediation has not been affective in a lot of cases, and thus this leaves the parent/parents the choice of either going into debt, or not being able to finance legal representation.
