why is petition closed. also it shold be tweeted in instagram FB metro. I just know that this exists only today. Business particuliar small business is important for the city London needs it. Business needs to be protected or the city is faceless

I really value the small independent businesses in East London and feel they will be drowned out by the proposed rent increases leaving only big homogeneous chain stores and bookmakers. It depresses and angers me that they are under threat.
