No tax to be paid on all overtime hours worked

Any extra hours worked are to better your standard of living and these extra hours spent away from your family are in my eyes priceless. To be taxed on those extra hours is outrageous.
My suggestion to Theresa May is to allow the british tax payer to work these extra hours tax free, extra hours being anything worked past your contracted basic hours for that particular week wether it be 38 hours per week, 40 hours per week and so on.
I mostly work 70 hours per week (10 hours per day, sometimes 12 hours per day) away from home to better my and my familys standard of living as my basic wage just does not cut it. To be taxed on those extra hours which in most cases are unsociable hours, is so unfair.
