Mental health support when in crisis
This petition had 473 supporters
There is not enough support for Mental Health patients, nobody should have to wait over a year for a CPN (Community Psychiatric Nurse) or Therapy. There just is not enough funding to give us the correct care that we all need and deserve. I have found this out the hard way due to being under the Mental Health Team's care myself, when we need help very quickly. We all deserve to be treated as a person and not to be just a number, sat on some waiting list, hopelessly waiting or begging for help. The lack of support is totally disgraceful and the Mental Health Service needs more support and funding to give patients the services that they need before it's too late. We keep getting told ask for help but how can you? If there isn't anything immediately available to access in an actual crisis.
