Make medical court cases involving minors anonymous

Recent high profile cases regarding conflicts between parents and medical professionals have drawn significant attention in the news and on social media. This has resulted in death threats to hospital staff and distress and anxiety to other children and parents using the hospital.
Such cases simply can not be influenced by public opinion and public protest. Petitions calling against Doctors 'murdering' a child are highly emotive but offer no real help to the child involved or their families as they will not be factored in to any medical team or court making a decision regarding a child's welfare.
Therefore we the undersigned ask for consideration to be given to making such hearings anonymous so that those directly and indirectly involved are not put through unnecessary distress from public opinion and actions
