Lift the smoking ban and reduce the tobacco purchase age to 16

For over ten years pubs and working mans clubs have lost business (in which many are no longer present) to the smoking ban. So... I raise this question, can it not be upto the business owners choice to choose whether they have smoking in there premesis or not? I (and many other smokers) would like the following
1) An end to the ban in public places.
2) The age to be lowered to 16 (as quite frankly, the law of being able to smoke at 16 yet having to purchase at 18 is ridiculous)
3) To be able to purchase any quantity of tobacco products as we wish e.g: 10 packs of cigarettes or less than 30g of tobacco.
4) to be able to buy in public houses, working mans clubs and snooker halls.
5) An end to heavy taxation, and the oppression, prejudice and hate for smokers!
It's a smokers choice to smoke and for many, a way to enjoy themselves, in which smokers should be able to afford what they want to do, as well as being able to do it in a social place such as a snooker Hall etc, but most importantly, not to receive oppression.
So sign the petition and get the word heard. #itsourchoice
