Help with childcare for working parents

I am asking for people to sign this petition as I do not think it is fair that as a working family we are not entitled to more help with childcare. Recently I read a notice in my child's nursery in regards to children of the age three and four receiving 30 free hours of childcare a week starting this year. However how does this support the families with children younger than this age. Families are having to rely on tax credits to boost their income so that childcare can be provided and if entitled to help with childcare costs, still having to find the other thirty percent out of what can be a very low wage. As parents, we want to do the best by our children and provide them with the socialisation that they need to grow up to be well rounded children. Yet we are having to pay through the nose to do this while we work long days for not so much pay. Which then all goes towards childcare. What I am trying to say, is that help towards childcare when it comes to free hours should be available to all. And that it shouldn't start when a child turns three. Working parents on a low income with children under the age of three should also have access to funding for the thirty free hours of childcare.
