Help ExFor+ C.I.C. provide transitional employment for those who’ve served their country

As a service leaver who was medically discharged from the Royal Marines. I left service not knowing what I was going to work towards or achieve.
I spent almost 9 months unemployed rubbing pennies together hoping that I would be able to afford to have a good Christmas, cover my mortgage and pay my bills.
I now know not only with my medical discharge and issues from service, I had sunken into server depression.
Whilst in service, I had a routine and structure. I left the gates of my camp and cried for 3 Hours in my car as I felt I had lost everything.
During being unemployed I applied to 300 jobs with 3 responses. Out of those three I was given an interview with one of the UK’s largest adult education, Skills and training organisations. This changed my life and gave me a purpose once again. Between 2012 and 2016 I supported 400 individuals in my community into long term and sustainable employment focusing on longevity and the individuals.
I believe all veterans can make significant benefits to the UK by utilising their skills and experiences from service.
Service leavers do however, I feel need an understanding employer who allows for decompression and personal growth as well as time to access appropriate treatment for recovery.
Please do help in making this happen and sign the petition, you can potentially give service leavers who are unsure of their futures an understanding employer, who will aid in removing the often associated transitional difficulties and will provide veterans with a purpose once more.
