CEO - to review ongoing issues to fix the issues Vodafone customers are facing

I started this petition because…
I was sold an Apple Watch by a Vodafone representative and was told it would work. Got the watch and was unable to use it. I was on a call with a representative that stated “my phone needed to be disconnected” for it to work (without any service). Being without a phone, I then contacted their team again for an update which they said I needed to wait another day and someone will be in touch. Again... no service and no one called me back! I contacted their web chat, to which I have a saved transcript of a Vodafone rep promising it would be fixed (service & Apple Watch configured correctly). I restarted my phone, had service but then received texts to say welcome to vodafone (I have been with vodafone for 6 years!) and my daughter received an “upgrade” text. I rang Vodafone back to work out what had happened, and they “couldn’t find my number on my account”. Had said “my account had moved into a sub-account but the technical team needs to move it.” I’ve been waiting and contacting Vodafone and keep being told someone will be in contact.. it’s been another 48hours and had no call. I have evidence of a transcript and recorded calls that this would be fixed but still nothing. I received a welcome email stating my contract had gone up and a brand new start date! My contract ends October 2020 but the email is stating April 2021. They have completely messed up my account and their excuse is that they can’t see my number. It’s fraud! I took to their social media channel as the representatives are so unresponsive, was told to direct mail them my number and no one has come back. This is absolutely awful. How can a business be running to be such a fraud. I don’t want anyone else to go through this stress. Please sign to stop Vodafone ripping off their customers and to get the CEO to fix his customers ongoing issues and overcharges!!
