FREE Lifelong Pass to UK attractions for PMLD kids & adults

My child has PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities). He is 9 years old, life-limited, has Cerebral Palsy, Visually Impaired, Epileptic, Global Development Delayed, doubly incontinent, tube fed, and requires 24/7 care for all his needs. He receives all the benefits he is entitled to. I am his full time carer. I also have another child who is a healthy and active 12 year old. However, when I wish to take my 12 year old to visit UK attractions, generally I still have to pay for my disabled son even if the attraction gives a discount for the Carer. Due to the costs involved this is often above what I can afford. Consequently my 12 year old loses out and our family is even more isolated as a result. This has a direct consequence on my own mental health and well being. This specific category of PMLD children and adults is relatively small compared to the disabled UK population. I would like to see a scheme set up, such as the Blue badge scheme, where children and adults who fall into this specific category are given a FREE Lifelong Pass to UK attractions. Such a Pass would have to be endorsed by a hospital Consultant and include photographic ID of the holder so the system could not be abused. After many years of time consuming battling with UK attractions for 'special' treatment for my disabled son, this would prove to be a very worthwhile and positive move forward for PMLD children and adults, whose family members are exacerbated and exhausted by the current process of accessing UK attractions. Prime Minister, I do hope this is something you could either assist with or offer advice. Kindest regards.
