"Eid Day Holiday" Should be booked as a Essential day from Work to celebrate religious day

Eid al-Fitr is an important religious holiday celebrated by Muslims worldwide that marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting. Muslims 

Eid al-Adha also called the "Sacrifice Feast", is the second of two Muslim holidays celebrated worldwide each year, and considered the holier of the two. It honors the willingness ofIbrahim (Abraham) to sacrifice his son, as an act of submission to God's command. Before he sacrificed his son God intervened by sending his angel Jibra'il (Gabriel), who then put a sheep in his son's place.

Many Muslims working in UK find it very difficult to book these days off as a holiday to spend time with Families. Companies have increased Allowances to book Holidays During Christmas periods. Example: If there are 10 people working in one department on a normal day they can allow probably 1 person to book a holiday off, these stats have been taken from research done from people working in many different companies. During Christmas period the allowance in Many companies for the whole month of November and December increases to 30%, 40%, 50% or more as it is a festive month.  Mostly All Asians are working during this month to keep the businesses going at work places. During the Eid the allowance is not increased in many work places. Companies can't have too many Muslims off work together.

Muslim staff compared to others is only between 5-10% in many companies and business or less.

I want all muslims in UK to be allowed to take a Holiday from their yearly holiday allowance on these two days.
