Ban public wearing of burkas and other full face coverings in UK

The wearing of extreme religious costume has become divisive in our country and is viewed by many (the majority?) as being at variance with the British culture and way of life and at the same time indicates male domination over women in certain religions, something which is against British values. At the same time people wearing full length and full face outfits are a security risk and included in this are other full facial coverings such as balaclavas or crash helmets. Crash helmets should only be worn when riding motorcycles, for which they are designed. Wearing any full face covering prevents security cameras from identifying individuals and acts as a barrier to racial integration and one-to-one dialogue. It is a well-known concept that conversations are based more on gestures and facial expressions than just the spoken word, this is impossible when the complete face is covered.
