Backdate Stamp Duty Fees for 2017 First Time Buyers
0 have signed. Let’s get to 100!
On November 22nd 2017, it was announced that First Time Buyers would no longer pay Stamp Duty on property purchases of less than £300,000. This would be effective immediately, saving the average qualifying First Time Buyer more than £2,500 on their property purchase.
In the face of rising costs of living and high property prices, I think it would only be fair to expect some backdated relief for those First Time Buyers who completed their property purchase in the weeks and months preceding this date.
