My mate and I started to build a bike track at the creek near Gifford reserve, ST AGNES. On 7/7/22 a man approached us and was very aggressive toward us saying we were damaging public property, he also took photos of us without our or our parents permission. He phoned and complained to the council. Later a council representative came and we spoke with him about what we were trying to do and about the man taking photos. The council rep came to my Nanna’s house and they talked and agreed about neighbourhood kids being safe while having fun. My Nanna said she wanted something done about the man taking photos without permission. The council rep called and talked to his supervisor about what could be done. He then called Nanna and said council can’t do anything and it should be reported to police. We need your help to get the bike track and jumps approved by council so we can have a safe environment created by us.
