The problem is we haven't had a TheoFest in years and we need one. TheoFest was a keystone event of all of our developmental years. Memorable events include Theo finding a condom in the recycling, chicken nuggets everytime and the three strike system. 

This will impact the community because it drive sales to the local economy. It will also mark the first party since the UK's withdrawal from European Union. Plus, we should be celebrating her Majesty's 70th year on the throne, long may she reign. A party would be most appropriate and would go swimmingly (because of the pool)!

In conclusion, we hope the above reasons are sufficient to bring back an old classic and make many new memories and Make Theo's Garden Great Again - MTGGA! Only Theo Wrigley has the power to make this change.
