Dec 24, 2018 —

As we celebrate the festive season these precious animals are just sitting out there in the dark on a chain forgotten by the world until the next cruel 1,000-mile race. This petition has been signed by combined a total of 40,903 people from 147 countries on all seven continents around the world and yet the Yukon Government and Premier Sandy Silver continue to ignore us.

Perhaps a nice Christmas present for premier Sandy Silver would be a few thousand emails from all of us telling him to STOP FUNDING this unethical event in which animals continue to suffer and die!

Email Sandy Silver at ~~> premier@gov.yk.ca <~~ Let him know we will not be forgotten and neither will the sled dogs!
