Renée Elise Goldsberry (most popular role is Angelica Schuyler in Hamilton) would be and incredible Tiana. She has an amazing voice, so she can hit all of the notes in the songs, she’s a great actress and has a lot of experience, and looks so much like Tiana. Also, many Broadway fans who wouldn’t have considered seeing the movie might even see it more than once to see Renée star.
