Get Disney to Fund Black Communities

Get Disney to Fund Black Communities
Why this petition matters
I wrote this letter to Bob Iger, but am unsure if this is his actual email for there is no official listing that I have found:
Dear Mr. Iger,
I realize that you are at the end point of your career - a fantastic and vibrant career of great steps forward in the industry - and you may or may not still be involved in day to day activity at the Walt Disney Company currently. However, I am urging you to hear the pain and the suffering of the people all around the world - namely here in the United States.
Please, sir, use your platform - not merely socially but economically, as well - and help the people that are wailing, that are fed up with a system that has oppressed them for centuries. I implore you to suggest setting up a Disney sponsored fund for Black communities across the country. It's a possibility that just needs the right voice behind it. And don't set it up in the dark and hope it works out - call your top Marketing Executive contacts and urge them to promote it.
Walt Disney was about progress and while progress today may not mean what it meant when he was inventing and creating, the heart of the matter is the same. Do the world a favor and pull the Executive strings one last time before you leave Disney. Enhance your Legacy by funding Black folks, many of whom have worked for the Walt Disney Corporation since its inception.
This is our most desperate hour. Help us, Robert Iger. You're our only hope.
