Disney, Rescind Your Licensing Agreement With LuLaRoe Unless They Honor Promised Refunds.
0 have signed. Let’s get to 1,000!
LuLaRoe is a clothing company that operates as a Multi-Level Marketing company. They have a licensing agreement with you to use Disney images on their clothing.
They have sold these clothes, along with non-Disney clothing to their independent contractors(IC) for them to resale. The minimum starting investment is between 5-6k dollars and many make additional inventory purchases on top of that.
Part of the LuLaRoe contract with these independent contractors is that they would provide a 90% refund on unsold inventory should the IC choose to stop selling the clothing.
There are currently thousands of ICs who have been waiting months for their refunds. It is unknown the exact dollar amount owed, but it is likely between 1-3 million dollars, and growing daily.
LuLaRoe owners and managers refuse to provide these ICs with updates or satisfactory explanations on why there has not been refunds issued.
We call on Disney to withdraw their licensing agreement from LuLaRoe unless they take immediate action to rectify the situation.
Thank you for your consideration
