In exactly one year from the theatrical release date, Black Panther should be made available for television broadcast for free from its parent company the Walt Disney Corporation, in all African countries.
It should only be shown on free, over the air, local television stations so it has the greatest opportunity for mass viewership and it should be given free of charge by Disney to all stations that wish to air it.
It should also be dubbed or subtitled if necessary in the most used language in the countries in which it is aired.
Disney has literally no excuse not to do this, as the vast majority of the film's profits through theatrical, blu-ray, and streaming will have been already made.
African children and teenagers desperately need role models and hope for their futures, and this is the exact kind of entertainment that would give them that. Many great recent white inventors were influenced by the technology shown on Star Trek and Star Wars growing up. What kind of future will these African children envision for themselves once they are exposed to Wakanda?
