Walt Disney wanted to give his guests a final gift to end their day. A thank you for coming to visit and sharing in the magic. He wanted to share a kiss goodnight which is what the fireworks were to Walt. Happily Ever After is more than just a fireworks show. It inspires hope in the midst of challenging times. It sparks a dream inside of us that a new day is around the corner. Reminding us, that even through a pandemic, we can still find a Happily Ever After. It CAN be done safely during this time, and they should be brought back. We are still showing up to the parks, and paying full price to support the idea of a family park where parents and children could have fun- together. We need to keep moving forward through this pandemic. There are ways to bring the full experience back safely, to restore jobs to cast members, and provide joy to people who have missed out on a year of their lives. Please sign this petition to encourage Disney to bring back Happily Ever After by the end of March, and to show WDW how much Happily Ever After means to all of their guests.
