Create a UT student housing task force

With the expansion of West Campus and a serious lack of surveillance in housing practices, prices for student housing have skyrocketed. Now, as UT is trying to change to be a more inclusive university, leasing rates are increasing.
In addition to this, the gentrification of the Riverside community threatens to uproot a large hub for affordable housing, with no viable solution.
As it is UT's responsibility to create a more inclusive environment for the success of their student's, ignoring this growing problem will only inhibit and threaten their efforts of doing so. By creating a task force of housing experts, university officials, non-profit leaders, and students the university can find solutions to make a UT education more attainable.
