Betty White was one of the most beloved celebrities in America! She was on tv shows such as The Golden Girls, Petticoat Junction, and the Mary Tyler Moore show, just to name a few. She served in the United States Army during world war 2 and was had uniformed volunteer role with the American Women's Volunteer Services. She also had many awards in television and was an American actress, comedian, author, and animal welfare advocate.
