Investigate the involvement of the US government in the Boston bombings
Petitioning the United Nations to investigate the possible involvement of the United States government in the explosions at the Boston Marathon on April 15th, 2013.
Petitioning that the United Nations also thoroughly investigate the subsequent events that happened leading to the death of Tamerlan Tsarnaev on April 19th, 2013 and the arrest and injury of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev on April 20th, 2013.
While we recognize the seriousness of the crime at the Boston Marathon event, many legitimate questions have been raised regarding the evidence presented by the FBI that led to the arrest of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev on April 20th, 2013.There is evidence that shows that the images released by the FBI in regards to the bombings may have been altered or manipulated. We the people request that any and all evidence submitted by the FBI, CIA, the JTTF, local and state police, the media outlets, and their affiliates are analyzed by an expert in forensic image analysis with an unbiased opinion to determine whether or not they have been manipulated or altered.
We the People have found evidence that the American government may have framed the alleged bombing suspects, Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, in the bombings that occurred in Boston on April 15th, 2013. We the People request that a thorough investigation be done by the United Nations into the explosion that occurred at and near the finish line at the Boston Marathon. There is evidence that false testimony has been given to the public pertaining to the alleged suspects in the tragic incident occurring at the Boston Marathon. Two explosions occurred near the finish line of the Boston Marathon causing the deaths of three innocent people and leaving over two-hundred others injured. We have found that the Criminal Complaint provided by the FBI’s Special Agent Daniel R. Genck does not coincide with the photos of the suspects on that day, nor does the evidence that has been presented.
There is photographic evidence that indicates an FBI affiliated American military organization known as “The Craft” or some other black ops terrorist group working with the American government was present when the Boston bombing occurred. There is also photographic evidence that one of the backpacks one of these men was wearing very closely resembles that of the back pack identified by the FBI as one of the back packs holding one of the two pressure cooker bombs. Further photographic evidence indicates that this same man was later shown without his back pack. Witnesses recount that there were bomb sniffing dogs, as well as announcements over the loud speaker that there were drills going on in the area. This has all been denied by the American government. We the people request that all of this be investigated, as the statements from authorities do not match witness statements, or the photographic evidence we have been presented with thus far.
We request that the shoot-out between police and Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev that occurred in the early morning hours of April 19th, 2013 also be investigated thoroughly. There is video evidence as well as witness statements to suggest that Tamerlan Tsarnaev left the scene alive and well, yet the FBI states that he was taken to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. Police also gave reports that Tamerlan Tsarnaev was run over by his brother, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, in an attempt to evade police. Witness accounts tell us that he was run over by a police SUV instead.
We request that the exchange of gunfire between the police and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev in the boat located at 67 Franklin Avenue in Watertown, Massachusetts be investigated as well. The FBI’s criminal complaint states that there was a stand-off between the alleged suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and police that involved gun fire. It has recently been reported that the alleged suspect did not have any weapons with him in the boat at all. This contradicts the information released to the media in regards to Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
In addition to lack of evidence and falsified statements, we the people believe that there has been a serious lack of due process in the arrest and detention of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. A senior congressional aide said that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev had asked for a lawyer several times, but that request was ignored repeatedly. Under Amendment 5 in the Constitution of the United States of America no individual “shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself.” International fair trial standards also require that any individual accused of a serious crime be given access to a lawyer not only during the trial itself but immediately on arrest and throughout all subsequent proceedings. This requires access to an attorney from the onset of the detention if requested.
Furthermore, We the People have found it to be true that many statements given by the officials involved in the case of the suspects have been proven to be falsified and should be investigated immediately as they do not match the witness statements. Therefore based on the evidence provided we the people request that these events be investigated by the United Nations, as the Human Rights of the American people may have been violated by the American government.
According to the Declaration of Independence, we the people have the right to stand up to our government if it becomes destructive. We stand united in our front to get the truth for the American people. It is our duty to alter or abolish a government that is destructive. We feel especially strong about this as we feel that the American government may have committed acts of terror against its own people.
