Derek Arnold started this petition to The UK Secretary of State for Justice
When MP Fiona Onasanya, attended to vote at Westminster on the motion to prevent a 'no deal' exit from the EU, she was subject to license terms which imposed a curfew and required her to be at home at the time of the vote. Had she not agreed to the license conditions, she would not have been released from prison and so could not have voted. Every British citizen is expected to abide by the laws of the land and Ms Onasanya is no exception. Her vote then was made in an unlawful manner and cannot stand.

The vote cast by MP Fiona Onasanya must be cancelled and made null and void, it cannot be counted as it was made by unlawful means and in breach of Ministry of Justice imposed license conditions relating to a curfew.

I started this petition because…
I was falsely accused of a crime and subject to the full weight of the law, including a period in prison. I am currently myself subject to license conditions and am fully aware of the consequences of breaching such conditions. My life has been ruined by these false allegations yet I have complied with each and every requirement placed upon me and I expect no less from MP Fiona Onasanya.
