UK is harbouring the ex Prime Minister of Pakistan Mr Nawaz Shareef (NS) and his family.

MR NS is an absconder and a fugitive from Justice in Pakistan. He fled the country under false pretenses and is refusing to  return to Pakistan where he is wanted for embezzling Billions of dollars from the Exchequer and kick backs whilst serving as the country's prime minister. 

Mr NS and his family are owners of a range of properties in the UK the value of which is in MILLIONS. Mr NS has NO legitimate source of income or wealth that can explain how he and/or his family acquired and paid for these Assets.

This is a clear case of Assets Beyond Means and Money Laundering and the UK's Criminal Finances Act covers this and provides a tool in the Unexplained Wealth Orders, to investigate and pursue such funds.

There is overwhelming evidence available from Courts; and investigations carried out by journalists in the UK and abroad and from the government of Pakistan which shows HOW Mr NS and his family carried out this large scale money laundering of their ill gotten gains from Pakistan.

We request that action be taken under the Criminal Finances Act as Mr NS satisfies All three requirements of the 'Unexplained Wealth Orders' :

1. Mr NS is a politically exposed person outside of the EEA.

2. Mr NS's known income is insufficient to obtain the assets.

3.The value of the Asset/s is greater than £50,000.

Please note that this request has the active  support of a big big majority of Pakistani's living in the UK and worldwide who are sick of Politicians plundering Pakistan's Exchequer and getting away with it because the UK has become a safe haven for Corrupt Individuals and their assets.
