Put a legal cap on how hot an establishment can be before all employees must be sent home

In British Summertime many establishments such as shops and office buildings may reach rather high temperatures which make the working conditions unbearable for employees, leading to the possibility of them becoming ill or possibly even collapsing or falling ill.

At present there is only a guideline as to what temperature the employer should take some form of action, if any at all. This guideline is 30 degrees celcius, due to this only being a guideline employers don't legally have to take any action which leaves employees stuck to work in intolerable conditions.

There is a basic solution to this and that is to make the 30 degrees guideline, into a legal limit to send employees home.

Please sign this to help workers, like myself, in the UK be able to go to work and work in comfortable and safe conditions.

Thank You!
