All EU countries have now responded to Putin’s unprovoked war on Ukraine by dropping all visa restrictions for fleeing Ukrainian refugees. The UK Government, by contrast, has refused to change its visa restrictions whilst pretending it has. This dishonesty and absence of compassion is a national shame. We call on the UK Government to join the EU in lifting all visa restrictions on Ukrainian refugees for three years.
